We built this site to collect as little as possible: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiles. This policy explains the small amount of personal data we do process — chiefly what you choose to send us through the contact form — why we process it, and the rights you have over it.
NIBA Consulting LLC (“NIBA”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nibaconsulting.com (the “Site”), why, and your rights.

2. What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum.
- Contact form. When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you send. This is used solely to receive and respond to your enquiry.
- Server/technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may briefly process technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamp) as part of delivering and securing the Site.
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that measure aggregate, anonymised usage and do not track you across sites or store personal identifiers.
We do not use advertising cookies, sell your data, or build personal profiles.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

4. Who we share it with (Processors)
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements:
- Resend, Inc. — delivers the email notification generated by the contact form.
- Our hosting provider — hosts the Site.
- Plausible — cookieless analytics.
We do not otherwise disclose your data, except where required by law.
5. International transfers
NIBA is a US company and some processing may occur in the United States. Where personal data of EU/EEA/UK individuals is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism offered by the relevant processor).
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, email niklas@nibaconsulting.com.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
